Backorders
New Policy

To help
prevent problems and improve customer relations, we have
developed a page just about backorders:

Natural
Solutions operates two sites, so it is very difficult for us
to keep both of them up to date daily. We try our best
however, updating it frequently before end of day. If your
order would have an item that we would discover is out of
stock, we will inform you thru email right away as we
process it. You may choose to have us order it in and ship
it when it becomes available, or choose a substitute item or
simply cancel the item with full credit to your card. We do
apologize for that inconvenience.
Please know that we do charge for backordered items unless
you cancel the item. The monies hold your request for the
item so it is guaranteed to you first. This has been our
policy for many years. It is a standard practice among
retailers. All backordered items do not incur additional
shipping charges. If a customer would wish to add to their
backorder they may do so, paying for the add on only.
Customers can also choose to have us ship all their items
together once the out of stock item arrives.
We truly value your business. If we can expedite more
quickly the item to get to you sooner, we will do so. We
make every effort to have what you want in-stock, but please
know we do offer special order shades which are not as
popular. So in order to keep fresh stock for you, we do
choose to order those shades in with our next inventory
purchases with those vendors. You may order ahead for items
such as these so you can receive them when your needing to.
This is part of our specialized service as many retailers
refuse to offer these shades or products to the public.
