Backorders
New Policy

changes:
To help
prevent problems and improve customer relations, we have
developed a page just about backorders:

Products
unavailable at the time of order go on back-order status.
Products on back order are noted by a "B.O." on the invoice.
They are also highlighted for you to see clearly with a note
on the bottom of the order to let you know their status.
When the item becomes available, it is shipped with the next
order from that account. If no new order is placed within
five days, the back-ordered products will be shipped
separately. Back-ordered products are billed and paid for
with the original order UNLESS the backorder will be
lengthy, at which we will only bill for what ships and
notify you when the item is back in stock for you to
reorder. Most backorders shipped separately do not get
charged additional shipping, however if the items are
heavier and the shipping charged at time of order is around
half or higher to ship the backorder, we may need to contact
you regarding additional shipping monies. Each case is
handled differently.
