The customer with the review below was using Light Brown 74. You could reduce the time for processing to see if this would help it not get to dark. Another option would be to suggest using the Dark Golden Blonde 77 or Natural Blonde 79. Possibly going with the 77 first would be our first recommendation since the 74 did cover the gray well. If 77 is to dark, then you could always move down to 79. You can mix shades, but I'd start with what options are currently available.

I received my Sanotint on Friday. I am very impressed with how well it covers the gray. I previously used Joico hair color and I find that this product is much better. I used the "Light Brown" color and I would like to go a little lighter. I find it a little too black. Do you have a recommendation? Even if it involves mixing two colors. Please let me know as I would like to place another order this week.
