liquid eyeliner is made with natural multi-sugar resin
and earth pigments. Free of alcohol, fragrance, and
synthetic polymers, such as acrylic copolymers, PVP etc.

of using synthetic chemicals, such as PVP (polyvinyl
pyrolidone), as the binder as in commercial mascara,
Suncoat uses sugar-based biopolymer. A much better

colorants, not FD&C dyes. They are also fragrance-free,
and paraben-free. Although NOT water-proof, our natural
