It is not drying and seals in moisture for those with dry skin, yet does not clog pores for those with oily skin. Its feel is creamier; the finish more matte. It can be helpful for acne and rosasea sufferers or you have had red spots from past acne experience. It works well over our medium coverage foundation powders to blend over pores and create that soft finished look. Just a little will do as it blends into the face. It does however give off some subtle luminescence. It is a white powder. It would be compared to a mineral veil. Good to use for break-thru oil during the day. Soft.
