NEW HOURS FOR
SPRING:
New Spring hours
are in effect after April 10, 2008. The customer service desk will not open
until 10am and will close at 4pm EST promptly each day thru
the week. This
enables our staff to get voice mails left from the prior
night and settle into their day, while closing phone lines
at 4 allows them to finish up needed daily activities to
assure that your packages get in the mail and all
correspondence is made before leaving at 5pm. Due to
changes in employment, Natural Solutions will be opening up
the boutique at 12:30pm Saturdays on the 2nd and 4th
Saturdays of the month. We will be trying to find the
right staff members in the meantime to help make Saturdays a
regular part of our service. Please remember the
boutique is opened Monday thru Friday for local visitors
until 5pm EST. Tuesday and Thursdays however we close
the boutique at 4pm EST. We welcome all local people
to stop in to our boutique and see first hand our products.
REGARDING
CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE:
To keep our
expenses down, we ask that customers use our normal business
phone number if they are calling regarding product
questions, choosing colors, formulas, etc. That phone number
is 330-337-0703. You may feel free to ask us to call
you back so you may feel free to talk longer. Customers who have their orders ready
to place can continue using our toll free number at
877-232-5359.

DISCONTINUED ITEMS:
- Aubrey Organics has discontinued their Jade Perfume,
Mint Mouthwash and Makeup Kit. They will be out of
stock on the current makeup products until March.
- We are discontinuing the Living Nature lipstick
line. Please make sure you reorder your favorite
shade before they are gone.
- We have discontinued
several lipstick and nail shades from Sante as they have
been bringing new items in. Please be aware that we
may not be able to special order them in as time goes on.
