We have always tried to find synthetic free products, but in the world of nail polish, it just isn't so. Not unless you dip your nails into a pot of hot beet juice or walnut shells!!!  For those who do decide to wear polish, our bet is on this brand.  It has the professional wear you want and a good color selection.  Do I wear polish? Barely.  I've tried this brand and have to agree with my customers, it works, and it's truly a better choice than what's on the market. We have tried our best to help you see the colors as they are.  I hope that you will agree.

• Butyl Acetate (solvent for better application)
• Phtallic Anhydride/Trimellitic Anhydride/Glycols Copolymer (film forming component)
• Nitrocellulose (film forming component)
• Acetyl Tributyl Citrate (viscosity regulator)
• Isopropyl Alcohol (solvent, for quick-drying)
• Stearalkonium Bentonite (prevents sinking of the color particles)
• Acrylates Copolymer (strengthens the polish for longer wear)
• Hydrogenated Polisobutene (viscosity regulator, especially the stiffness)
• Palmitic Acid (consistency regulator for colorants)

NOTE: These do contain harmful chemicals. We do not suggest pregnant women wearing nail polish or nursing mothers no matter how better a brand may be. This is a personal matter however.  Caution is a must for anyone.

	NAIL POLISH Shiny Aubergine Aubergine does look close to this graphic. It is a deep purple grape shade, definitely cool in color. It does match the lip liner from Sante. Shiny Aubergine .34oz, $9.99
	NAIL POLISH Shiny Terra Shiny Terra actualy has a brick red brown tone to it. I see red hues. If you want more brown, look at the Brown Red shade.  The photo is sort of misleading. Shiny Terra .34oz, $9.99
	NAIL POLISH Shiny Lila This shade is a little deeper than Shiny Lavender. I see more gray in it however.  I believe Sante is discontinuing it, so when we sell out we will recommend the Shiny Lavender as a replacement. Shiny Lila .34oz, $9.99
	NAIL POLISH Shiny Copper Shiny Copper is really an orange.  It reminds me of mandarine oranges rather than copper. There is no bronze look to this. I think it would be a great spring/summer shade for those who wear melon shades during the season. Shiny Copper .34oz, $9.99

A WARNING TO THE WISE!

Its hard to know if your favorite salon is sterilizing their tools of the trade! Just how many times have the cuticle clippers drawn blood? According to dermatologist Paul Kechijian, M.D., of New York University, "not all salons have the most hygienic practices." So protect yourself from infection by bringing your own tools. Bring a buffer board or block, a cushioned emory board (not metal), tweezerman nail clippers, and a hindu stone. Why not add your own nail polish too!
