International Shipping
Do you ship to my country?
  Yes we do. There are a few countries we may not ship to however such as Nigeria. We do need proper billing address and shipping address when international customers order. Any issue we have may come from this. But we certainly ship to nearly all areas of the world.
What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

Currently our payment methods are: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Money Orders, Checks and Paypal.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Natural Solutions ships on the following days: Monday, Expedited Orders only on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday.

Customer Service Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday; 9:30-5pm; Tuesday 9:30-3pm EST

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. Prices are based on type of delivery, the destination and the value of the order. Each customer can choose which method is best for them. Orders made during the weekend will ship Monday, however some weekend orders may ship Tuesday morning if there are any issues with it. To help expedite your package, be sure to fill out all details correctly during checkout. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.

After placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
